To help my team, I learned to use the Godot engine to map out our starter island and work along side our level designer to figure out the placement of obstacles and key areas on the level. I first drew out my concepts for the island before shaping it out with gray boxing, then moving to a terrain tool to shape it more natrually.
Sprint Management
For a majority of the project, I managed the tasks and sprints through our site on Trello, adding in tasks and their prioritization in the form of weekly goals. We'd meet every Monday to discuss our goals for the week and orient our tasks, then meet on Thursdays to go over our completed tasks so far as well as our narrative work. I'd take notes every meeting to keep a tab on what things we should work on more and what needs to be focused.
